Quick Fit Workouts will vary from 10 - 30 minutes in length and any equipment featured in these workouts can be found in any wellness center or fitness facility.

26 minutes | A full body strength circuit workout designed to make you stronger and fitter for every day life.

9 minutes | You don't need a lot of space or equipment to get a total body workout. A set of dumbbells and a mat or towel is all you need. This workout is one set of 12 reps for the entire body. You can always rewind and play it again for an even longer workout.
