Y Wellness 24/7 is provided as a free benefit for active members of our YMCA partners. If you find you are asked to provide payment information when you try to login, please contact customercare@burnalong.com for assistance.  

This could be due to your browser settings. Adjust the settings on your phone to allow camera and microphone access for your browser.   

There are a few ways to connect to your TV from a mobile device. You can use a wired connection (more information here). Or depending on your device, you can also stream classes directly to a smart TV.      

• Apple iOS devices can cast to Chromecast-enabled devices and have the ability to use Apple’s native Screen Mirror feature. 
• Android app versions higher than 4.3.6 are able to cast to the following devices:  Roku, Fire TV Stick, Chromecast 

Due to the variety of devices and operating systems, we recommend consulting the help documents or website associated with your specific mobile  device and/or smart TV.  

A full schedule of weekly live classes from all Y Wellness instructors is available here. All classes include your YMCA name (or an abbreviated name) in the class title.

Occasionally Y instructors will need to cancel a live class due to illness, technical difficulties or other unexpected circumstances. When possible, canceled classes are noted with the word “Canceled* in the class title on the live schedule. Some instructors will also communicate cancellations on the Y Wellness 24/7 Facebook Group.

The class instructor may be having technical issues or had to cancel their class unexpectedly. Try taking a previously recorded class instead. To quickly find a list of class alternatives, view the tutorial titled “How to find classes from your favorite Y instructor.”

Yes! Your Y Wellness 24/7 login comes with up to 4 sub-accounts that you can share with others. In your profile on Burnalong, select Sub-accounts to send an invite for friends or family to join. (You can change these sub-accounts at any time)
