Our virtual wellness platform celebrates a brand new engagement experience providing 100+ live classes per week, and 1000s of classes on-demand led by over 50 nurturing and motivating YMCA instructors from 48 YMCA associations in 11 states. The weekly live classes include choices such as Cycling, Tai Chi, Zumba®, Total Body Conditioning, and Bootcamp. Plus, over 20 senior classes per week such as Zumba Gold®, Better Balance, SilverSneakers®, and more!
